Overview
Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI. Positions available for full-time or part-time roles. Reports to the Medical Director and COO. This position offers flexible hours and employment types (W-2 or 1099), ideal for family physicians balancing other interests.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Supervise medical trainees.
- Promote preventive and culturally competent care within a team-based model.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- MD or DO degree.
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (board eligibility or certification).
- Active medical license and DEA registration.
- Dedication to serving underserved populations.
- Preferred: experience in community health settings.
- Competitive salary range: $240,000–$260,000.

- In-person work with hours ranging from 20–40 per week.
