We are representing a well-established, high-performing endodontic practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan that is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join its growing team. The practice is supported by a nationally recognized endodontic specialty partnership organization headquartered in Ann Arbor, providing robust operational, administrative, and professional resources while allowing clinicians to maintain clinical autonomy and focus on patient care.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, referral-driven practice with modern technology, strong clinical support, and a consistently high patient demand.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation43% of collections for services provided, supported by strong reimbursement rates and high practice collections
$2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building your patient base
Negotiable
$2,500 annual Continuing Education allowance to support advanced training, travel, and course fees
Four (4) weeks of PTO
