Construction Superintendent

Compensation: $150K–$220K (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

We’re looking for a Superintendent with 3+ years of experience in multi‑unit or vertical construction — apartments, condos, mixed‑use, or high‑rise work. This is a true on‑site role, not a traveling superintendent position. We need someone who is present, engaged, and fully accountable for the day‑to‑day progress of the project. A strong general contracting background is the ideal fit for this build.

Candidates with concrete experience are also highly attractive, as that skill set translates exceptionally well to the structure and sequencing of this project. Upon this project completion, role will transition to projects in Metro Detroit (this is a permanent full-time role).

• Lead all on‑site construction activities for a 20‑story multifamily tower
• Manage daily coordination of subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedule, sequencing, and short‑interval planning
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance (OSHA 30 required)
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Senior PM and project team on planning and execution
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation
• Represent the company professionally with owners, inspectors, and partners

• 3+ years as a Superintendent on multi‑unit, commercial, or high‑rise projects
• Experience with apartments, condos, mixed‑use, or vertical construction
• High‑rise experience is a major plus
• Strong GC background preferred
  ; concrete superintendent experience also highly valued
• Strip‑mall or light commercial experience may translate if scope is similar
• Proven track record of project completion (no chronic job‑hopping)
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to lead field operations with confidence and clarity
• Willingness to relocate to Michigan if needed
