BELFOR Franchise Group, the parent company of numerous nationally known franchise brands, has a great career opportunity for a driven legal professional. The Franchise Administrator manages key department processes for multiple brands and plays a key role in the relationship between the Legal department and other departments in BFG. The position reports directly to the Sr. Franchise Administration. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Assisting with the management of the Department’s role in franchise development including being the point person for contact with Franchise Development and working with franchise development to facilitate new contract requests for the production of contracts.
- Additional tasks could include special projects, assisting others within the department, and general administrative duties.
- A high school diploma with some college coursework. A college degree is preferred
- Two to four years of related experience working with contracts is highly desirable
- Experience working in a legal field a plus
- Hard working and organized;
Attention to detail is a must;
Must be able to multi‑task - Previous experience serving as a liaison and coordinating projects preferable
- Excellent communication skills; ability to listen to and understand someone’s request and provide solutions; problem‑solving skills and professionalism a must
- Capable of adhering to franchise regulations, yet be workable with other departments in order to implement new ideas and methods, helping all to comply as required
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize, flexible – able to switch from one project to another, and re‑prioritize workload as necessary, as well as see the “big” picture – grasp the understanding of “why”, not just the function.
- Proficient and experienced with MS Word, Excel, and Google Programs
- High level of organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess a positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively
- Must be able to complete work within the stated deadline
- Demonstrated ability to perform job function with minimal errors, work efficiently, work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple projects
- Superior communication skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve or prevent issues
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
