Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Support Executive, centralized in the greater Ypsilanti area. The Senior Support Executive will be responsible for managing people and operational procedure support for a growing ecommerce support brand. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as needed, coordinating staffing & and some HR processes, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and team members.
Additional responsibilities include documentation management, decision‑making to resolve talent and other related inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of professional support services. There is SIGNIFICANT room for growth in this role. You must be proactive, detailed, and enjoy helping growing companies identify and put in place operational efficiencies. Entry level 3+ years and higher encouraged to apply. Compensation will be discussed & determined on relevant industry experience.
Very fair wages up to 75k+ for the right candidate.
- Customer support and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and data management
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address client and candidate needs effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software
- Excellent interpretation and communication skills required
- Process creation or improvement are highly desired especially with in a growing facility
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or a related field is a plus
