Warehouse & Logistics Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting parts warehouse operations and providing timely, accurate, and professional parts delivery to customers. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with direct customer interaction and requires a strong focus on safety, service quality, and relationship building.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and delivery environment.

• Receive, stock, pick, package, and ship inventory accurately in accordance with company systems, layouts, and procedures.

• Load, secure, and deliver parts, units, and materials to customers, vendors, and company locations in a safe and timely manner.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicles, and unit apparatus in compliance with company, customer, traffic, and DOT requirements.

• Conduct 360-degree walk around inspections with photos to verify apparatus condition, secure loose items, and report any damage prior to movement.

• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain required signatures or documentation, and communicate delays, discrepancies, or customer feedback to the appropriate team.

• Provide professional, courteous customer service and route complex issues to the appropriate team member.

• Periodically relocate units, as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B (non-exempt) CDL with acceptable driving record, current DOT medical card, and required air brake and tanker endorsements.

• Forklift certified or willing to obtain upon hire.

• Minimum of one (1) year of parts, warehouse, delivery, or customer-service experience preferred.

• Forklift certified or willing to obtain upon hire.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport parts and materials.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated record of integrity, dependability, and acceptable safety and performance standards.

• Familiarity with unit operations and systems preferred.

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.

• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping.

• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.

• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.

• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.

• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
