• Make necessary preparations for the installation process at the job site by unloading equipment and placing items in the location of installation.
• Understand the proper operating procedures of the spray equipment. Learn spraying techniques from other spray foam team leaders.
• Ensure that can foaming and caulking are completed as necessary around windows, doors, etc. Use good judgment and caution to not overcome any areas
• Trim and bag "scrapped" foam materials as it accumulates.
• Maintain a high standard of clean‑up before leaving any job site. Be sure that all necessary touch‑up work and clean‑up is completed before leaving the job site.

• 1 or more years of previous experience installing open or closed cell spray foam insulation
• High school/GED preferred
• Ability to use good judgement and problem solving skills while striving to work safely at all times
• Ability to travel, if needed
