As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our close-knit team, actively seeking opportunities in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services. This role combines the thrill of door-to-door canvassing with impactful customer communication, promising not only rewards and recognition but also a chance to earn exciting prizes, including an annual trip for our top sales leaders!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect residential leads for property inspections.
• Offer complimentary property damage inspections and assessments.
• Handle referrals promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high field activity levels - be the energy source.
• Uphold the esteemed reputation of the R3 brand.
• Execute trained processes with precision.
• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and leverage it for referral business.

Qualifications:

• No prior roofing or construction knowledge required; we believe in your potential.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Drive and determination to excel.
• Willingness to learn CRM software and sales KPIs.
• Sales experience is a bonus; enthusiasm is our priority.
• Ability to knock on 50+ doors daily, 5 days per week.
• Proficiency with provided iPad and software.

Incentives:

• 100% Commission - $250 per set appointment with a signed contingency.
• Realistic First-Year Earnings Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00+
• Realistic Second-Year Earnings Range: $80,000.00 - $+
• Exciting incentive program including a chance to earn an annual trip for top sales leaders!
• Training incentives:
  Earn $500.00 per week during your first 4 weeks with additional opportunities to earn extra for each set appointment with a signed contingency during this period.

Top-Notch Training:

• Our training is recognized as top-notch in the industry.
• Achieve weekly goals for set appointments and door-knocking.
• Attend 2 mandatory team meetings and dedicate 5 hours to training videos weekly.

Path to Success:

• Experienced Roofing Sales Representatives can fast-track to our Sales Project Manager role.
• We believe in promoting from within and offer outstanding advancement opportunities.

A Week in the Life of Our Top Performers:

• High-energy action 4 days during the week, and 1 weekend day.
• Success hours: 3-7 pm during the week and 10-5 pm on the weekend.
