We’re hiring a Sales Floor & Merchandising Specialist to help maintain a high‑energy, well‑organized, and visually dialed‑in sales floor.

This role blends two key responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Owning the look, flow, and organization of the sales floor
• We’re hiring for both Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions.

Greet and assist customers across all departments.

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service.

Help customers locate products and make recommendations.

Maintain strong awareness of store layout and product placement.

Stock and face product daily.

Build and maintain clean, organized displays.

Ensure shelves are properly labeled and priced.

Rotate inventory and support new release setups.

Identify low‑stock or merchandising issues proactively.

Keep aisles clean, shoppable, and clutter‑free.

Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

Handle cash, card, and other payment types responsibly.

Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.

Support opening and closing duties.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Collaborate with leadership on layout improvements.

Strong customer service mindset.

Retail or merchandising experience preferred.

Experience running a POS system is a plus.

Detail‑oriented and organized.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Able to take initiative without waiting for instruction.

Clear communicator and team player.

Passion for collectibles, TCGs, gaming, or hobby culture is a plus.
