Pay Rate – $15.00 per hour. This part‑time position is scheduled for up to 25 hours per week (subject to business needs).

The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food product demonstrations, acquiring product knowledge, preparing and serving samples, and maintaining a professional appearance.

• Proactively engage consumers, demonstrate products, and communicate features & benefits in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare event tables for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visit preparation and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
• Navigate company electronic systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms.

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device, navigating internal systems, and using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF.
• Local Food Handler permit may be required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), push/pull cart, and use kitchen appliances.
• Adhere to company dress code and maintain professional appearance.
• English required; bilingual languages a plus.
