  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.

  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence, work area, quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment.
• Complies with company policies and ethical standards; applies Open Door Policy in business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply for certain schedules or duties.
