Responsibilities- In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available.
- You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members; provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed and answer questions.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; keep parking lot and carts organized and available for members.
- Assist with purchasing decisions, process member purchases and payments according to company policies; utilize cash registers and handle transactions as required.
- Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company’s products and services.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items; utilize cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use Open Door Policy; apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback.
