- Prepare agendas, maintain project budgets, and timelines to meet overall project objectives
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews throughout various project phases
- Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams as needed
- Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs and impacts
- Maintain adherence to government laws, building codes, and safety regulations
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees in a project management setting
- Strong technical proficiency and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client-focused approach to project management
