This is a full-time on-site role located in Ankeny, IA for a Surety Representative. Responsibilities include supporting the management of client accounts, processing documents such as approvals and bonds efficiently, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and effectively communicating with clients to address their needs and concerns in a professional manner.

The Surety Representative will also assist with claims and renewals as necessary.

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills to manage documents and ensure compliance.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as processing approvals, renewals, and claims management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the insurance or surety industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and capability to work on-site in Ankeny, IA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.
