Behavorial Technician

Midwest Autism & Therapy is looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! This ABA company is dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. • Provide center‑based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures and economic statuses.
• Collect data during client sessions as outlined in the treatment plan and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day.
• Communicate with caregivers and other support staff at pick‑up and drop‑off.
• Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager.
• Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Reliable transportation
• Outgoing with high energy; strong written and verbal communication skills; effective time management skills are a must.

• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms; able to sit on the floor or chair for long periods.
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Move quickly from sitting to standing.
• Pass clinical background check.
• CPR/First aid within first 3 months of employment.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT) – preferred.
