Education & ExperienceAssociates degree (A.
A.)required; one to three years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Above average verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MathAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
ReasoningAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses & RegistrationsRegistration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). If not yet registered, registration to be completed and accepted no later than 30 days from employment or transfer date. If not registered and accepted, employment may be terminated. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas, as business needs dictate.
