This is not a clock-in, clock-out clinic. This is a craft.

• Active NP, PA, MD, or DO license (Iowa eligible)
• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience required
• Strong diagnostic skills and comfort with acuity and complexity
• Functional medicine experience preferred (or a strong desire to learn)
• Confidence practicing with autonomy and accountability

• Full-time-contract 1099
• Part Time contract 1099 (minimum 3 days /week)
• Paid travel to Chariton, IA clinic 2 days/week
• Monday–Friday
• Flexible hours (built for high performers, not clock-watchers)
