Scheduling Support Clerk - Part time

We are hiring a Scheduling Support Clerk Part time for one of our clients in Ankeny, IA.

This position will support the Service Delivery Bureau by handling incoming calls from customers statewide to schedule appointments.

The temporary Scheduling Support position provides critical assistance to customers statewide by managing incoming phone calls related to appointment scheduling for Driver Services. This role ensures that customers receive timely assistance while allowing Driver Service employees to focus on handling more complex inquiries and in-person interactions. By serving as the first point of contact for callers, the position helps maintain high service standards and improves overall operational efficiency.

• Manage high volumes of incoming calls from customers statewide to schedule appointments.
• Provide clear, courteous, and consistent information to customers about appointment options and processes.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accurate scheduling and high quality customer service.
• Support Driver Service employees by handling routine scheduling calls so staff can focus on more complex customer needs.
• Help reduce call wait times and ensure timely assistance for all callers.
