You will play a vital role in the JCorp Design Build Team by supporting the successful execution of diverse real estate development and construction projects. • Assist the Senior Superintendent in observing and managing all aspects of construction from groundbreaking to project completion.
• Monitor job site activities daily to ensure strict compliance with building safety codes and as-built conditions.
• Engage in hands‑on job site labor tasks and site maintenance to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized job site environment to facilitate peak performance from all trade partners.
• Coordinate with the Project Management team to provide onsite follow‑up and support for technical questions.
• Review project plans and schedules to help ensure all builds remain on time and within the established budget.
• Supervise onsite laborers and foremen to ensure quality standards are met across every phase of the project.

• Proven experience in a construction‑related role (commercial or residential experience preferred).
• Strong foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and onsite safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, project documents, and site schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach to daily challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience operating project management or scheduling software.
• Demonstrated desire to grow into a lead Superintendent role through mentorship and field experience.
