How You Will Make an Impact
- Oversee and engage in all phases of construction from initial groundbreaking to final walkthrough to ensure project excellence.
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with as-built conditions and building safety codes to maintain site integrity.
- Identify and implement value engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and submit recommendations to management.
- Review and provide critical feedback on subcontract change orders and purchase orders to maintain budget accuracy.
- Train and mentor Jcorp foremen and laborers to foster professional growth and increase team effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Project Management team to resolve on-site technical questions and maintain strict project timelines.
- Manage daily jobsite labor tasks and maintain an organized, safe environment for all trade partners.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or residential sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project drawings, and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to keep large, multi-disciplinary teams on track and motivated.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods, scheduling logic, and safety protocols.
- Proactive, hands-on problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality work on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related technical field.
- Advanced technical proficiency with project management or construction scheduling software.
- Experience in high-end custom home building and large-scale land development projects.
- Competitive base salary of $90k-$120k with bonus potential.
