Transport Planner

Consumer Brands Logistics / Supply Chain Turkey, Ankara, Ankara Full Time Regular

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily transportation of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will work closely with service providers and Customer Service to resolve any shipment issues, supervise transport execution, and follow up on all transportation activities using Henkel tools. Additionally, you will manage corrections for additional or freight costs in SAP and the transport management system.

• Perform daily transportation planning for customer orders.
• Send daily transportation plans to service providers.
• Coordinate with service providers in case any changes occur related to transport plans and shipments.
• Solve problems related to shipments.
• Follow up on transportation activities using applicable Henkel tools.
• Communicate with customer service to improve customer satisfaction by delivering on time and in full scope.
• Make corrections for additional costs or freight costs in SAP and the transport management system.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
