- Supervise the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage relationships with external service providers including cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.
- Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget, including forecasting and cost tracking.
- Lead facility-related projects such as renovations, relocations, and upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Facility Management software
- 5+ years in Facility Operations and Maintenance
