Finance Manager - Angola - FMCG

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial and management reporting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditure and foreign currency transactions, including bank transfers
• Lead foreign exchange operations and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
• Ensure robust financial controls, audit processes and compliance with local and international regulations
• Supervise financial operations of subsidiaries to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, investors and regulatory bodies
• Lead, develop and structure the finance team, promoting strong performance and collaboration

Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles (Finance Manager or similar), ideally within FMCG and/or manufacturing environments
Strong experience in foreign exchange management
, treasury and international banking operations
Solid understanding of accounting, taxation and auditing processes
Proven ability to manage relationships with banks
, public authorities and financial institutions
Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems and strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory
