Operational Lead; Angola Ride-hailing

Yango Group is looking for an experienced professional to lead the operational and strategic management of key accounts, ensuring sustainable growth across our partner and agent network. The role combines operational leadership with strong business insight and involves driving efficiency, quality, and performance across the company’s ecosystem.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the management of strategic account portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and partner satisfaction
• Maintaining close relationships with partners and agents through regular performance reviews, evaluations, and opportunity assessments
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing analytical reports to support decision-making
• Resolving critical operational and partner issues with a structured, results‑oriented approach
• Managing and developing operational teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and continuous process improvement
• Acting as a liaison between internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination among Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance
• Representing the company in meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen institutional presence and brand reputation
• Designing and implementing data‑driven growth and retention plans aligned with operational goals

You might be a fit if you have

• A Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, economics, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or partner development ideally in ride‑hailing, logistics, technology, or B2B services
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational performance management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Excel (MS Office) and CRM tools
• A proactive, autonomous, and results‑driven mindset
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English

• Knowledge of digital ecosystem, urban mobility, or technology platforms
