Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and dismantle AV systems (sound, lighting, projectors, PA systems) for school events such as assemblies, meetings, Sports Day and Speech Day.
Manage and maintain AV/ICT equipment inventory, loan records, and usage logs.
Perform routine and annual maintenance of classroom and specialised room equipment.
Troubleshoot basic AV and ICT issues.
Liaise with vendors for servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
Support loan, replacement, and condemnation of AV/ICT equipment.
Train IT Club students to operate the PA system during school events.
Prepare audio equipment for examinations (e.g. Listening Comprehension, Oral).
Assist with photography and video recording during school events.
Perform other IT/AV duties as assigned by HOD-ICT or ICT Manager.
Diploma in a related field or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience within the past 3 years preferred.
Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working hours:
12 months contract (Option to extend another year) (Apr 2026 to Mar 2027)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
