• Set up, configure, and manage non‑production and production platforms for automation
• Lead development and coordinate with other Ops Leads to enable automation; collect automation requests and guide Dev Ops and Automation Engineers to develop the automation playbook according to proper coding standards
• Migration and deployment of the playbook to operationalize automation use cases and improve productivity
• Design and implement Dev Ops and automation solutions for the project
• Understand automation specifics and concepts in day‑to‑day service delivery and operations in IT Managed Services
• Build and maintain an automation playbook using technologies such as Ansible, Python, Power Shell, Chef (Ruby), Terraform (HCL), Groovy, JavaScript, and other scripting languages
• Operationalize automation development to improve productivity
• Code or script for automated testing and carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments
• Control and version IaC playbook
• Manage the setup of the Dev Ops platform and deployment of automation use cases
• Manage and operate platforms (Ansible, Terraform, Git Lab) and maintain operational SLA
• Lead Dev Ops engineer to develop automation use cases using Ansible, Chef, and Terraform
• Integrate with tools such as ITSM and others as needed
• Provide presales solution support for the development of an automation solution

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Hands‑on experience developing IaC code using one or more scripting languages (Ansible, Python, Chef (Ruby), Terraform (HCL), Groovy, Power Shell, Bash)
