BIM Coordinator [Tunnel | Ang Mo Kio | Up to 5k]

Responsibilities:

• Attend BIM coordination meetings and other project-related discussions.
• Lead coordination efforts among clients, consultants, contractors, and sub‑contractors.
• Communicate design and technical updates clearly to BIM modellers.
• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical or building services, architectural or structural Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM, Revit, CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling tools.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and responsible with a positive work attitude.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Formal training in BIM (e.g., Specialist Diploma, BCAA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM services coordination or BIM management/modelling for large‑scale projects is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as ADDA or CADD are an added advantage.
