Responsibilities
- Attend BIM coordination meetings and other project-related discussions.
- Lead coordination efforts among clients, consultants, contractors, and sub‑contractors.
- Communicate design and technical updates clearly to BIM modellers.
- Assist the BIM Manager in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and best practices.
- Diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical or building services, architectural or structural Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit, CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling tools.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and responsible with a positive work attitude.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Formal training in BIM (e.g., Specialist Diploma, BCAA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in BIM services coordination or BIM management/modelling for large‑scale projects is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ADDA or CADD are an added advantage.
