Position: HR & Admin Assistant (Up to $2,600 / 5 days )

Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Salary: $2,200 – $2,600

Location:

Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No OT)

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and route messages to relevant departments
  • Provide general admin support (typing, printing, filing, mailing, courier arrangements)
  • Assist with PO creation in SAP and vendor coordination for equipment maintenance/purchases
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and employee particulars
  • Support recruitment process, new staff onboarding, and orientation arrangements
  • Assist with insurance renewal, permits, certifications, and compliance matters
  • Support employee welfare activities, company events, ISO & GMP documentation
  • Arrange staff training, courses, and annual medical check-ups
  • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain proper documentatio
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management / HR Department
