: 12 hours shift, 4 days on 4 days off. 2 days 2 nights per week.

Inspections, Preventive & Planned Maintenance:
Assess and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. Fix defects and perform corrective tasks based on inspection results.

Flag potential issues early and suggest long-term solutions.

Lead complex maintenance projects and supervise third-party technicians

Malfunctions & Emergency Repairs:
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, evaluate severity and determine repair urgency, perform hands-on repairs and consult with supervisors when needed

Modifications & Upgrades:
Execute overhaul and modification work per instructions, recommend improvements based on your experience and technical insight

Millwright and red seal (maintenance mechanic) an asset

Formal education or qualification in field of maintenance and mechanical, including a bachelor's degree or diploma, along with relevant experience in the manufacturing field or engineering industry.

At least 10+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in production and maintenance management

Previous experience in industrial maintenance and

Ability to work in 12 hours shift, 4 days on 4 days off- 2 days 2 nights per week.

Ability to bent, twist, lift and carry- 5 to 10 kgs of weight occasionally

Strong manufacturing background with experience in maintenance

Attention to detail with good data analysis skills
