Pay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)
Service Areas Include:
Andover, Blaine, Oak Grove, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Circle Pines & Cedar

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive to Client Homes
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
- Report Client Condition Changes
- Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
Qualifications:
- Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- If you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required
- A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted)
- Clean Driving Record (Feel free to ask if you are eligible)
- Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience
- Able to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post)
- Empathy for the needs of the client
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
