Pay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)

Service Areas Include:
Andover, Blaine, Oak Grove, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Circle Pines & Cedar

• Drive to Client Homes
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
• Report Client Condition Changes
• Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.

• Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• If you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required
• A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted)
• Clean Driving Record (Feel free to ask if you are eligible)
• Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience
• Able to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post)
• Empathy for the needs of the client
• A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
