The Enrollment Coach will be the main point of contact for prospective students, within specific academic programs, who are seeking to enroll ng a caseload approach, they will guide students from inquiry to enrollment, facilitate the student’s transition to their academic advisor, and provide superior customer service to their external and internal constituents.

This is a grant funded position.

Required experience:

At least one year of direct experience working in the recruitment, advising, high school relations, admissions, records and outreach, or related field.

Required educational background:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
