Salary: $62,400 - $83,200

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Systems Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with access control systems, CCTV, IP/network cameras, security/fire alarms, and intercom systems. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, including factory and manufacturer certification training, and the chance to work with cutting‑edge integrated systems.

• Install, program, maintain, and replace various security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and intercom systems.
• Configure and maintain hardware, software, and networked systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, hardware, and software.
• Perform regular system backups and implement security measures to protect data integrity.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure systems meet customer needs and expectations.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support to ensure efficient system use.

• Education & Experience:
  
  High School diploma/GED required; 2-5 years of field service or installation experience preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Systems Technician or Electrical License is required.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Proficiency with intrusion alarms, IP/CCTV systems, access control, networking, computer skills, and software installations.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Certifications or familiarity with systems like American Dynamics, Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, Software House, S2, SQL databases, IP networking, and Windows software configuration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long‑term, positive relationships with clients.

• Service area restricted to within a 1‑hour radius from the office.
