Site Protection Officer – Pool Position – Multiple MA/NH Locations
Raytheon is seeking experienced Site Protection Officers to support our security team at facilities located in Andover, Marlborough, Tewksbury, Woburn, Massachusetts and Pelham, New Hampshire. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
About the Role- Provide asset protection for company and government buildings, equipment, products, personnel, and information.
- Prevent unauthorized access and illegal removal or destruction of company assets.
- Conduct security patrols, observe for fires, damage, hazards, and violations, and report findings.
- Check badges of all persons entering or leaving company entrances and coordinate clearance verification.
- Inspect packages, briefcases, and other parcels in accordance with policy.
- Maintain data logs for vehicles and personnel at facility gates.
- Assist in fire drills and facility evacuations.
- Operate company vehicles and surveillance systems (access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, alarm notification).
- Secure unattended classified and company‑controlled material.
- Participate in mandatory training and wear a uniform; overtime may be required.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and drive company vehicles.
- Supported as a union position; union membership may be required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Computer proficiency for database searches.
- Prior security experience with a cleared defense contractor.
- Military and/or law‑enforcement background.
