Scientist/Sr. Scientist-Preclinical Antibody Drug Development
Location: Andover, MA (commutable) •
Full Time •
Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm
Hourly Pay: $26.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Job Description- Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics
- Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to HPLC, ICE, CGE, and UV spectroscopy
- Prepare samples for analysis and operate instrumentation with minimum supervision
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis
- Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities
- Demonstrate knowledge of cGMP and LIMS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience
- 2–3 years of bioanalytical testing experience
- Proficiency in HPLC, ICE, CGE, and UV spectroscopy
- Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Strong data management skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- 10‑15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
- 45‑60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
- 45‑60 Minute Onsite to Meet the Team
