Seven Healthcare is hiring a dedicated and experienced  Registered Nurse (RN)  for a  per diem  position in a  Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)  in  Andover, Massachusetts offering a daily rate of $465 . Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to residents in LTC/SNF settings
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document patient care, progress, and clinical observations
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control
Provide emotional support to residents and families

Requirements:
Active RN license  in Massachusetts (required)
Current BLS certification  (required)
At least  1 year of experience  in a long-term care or SNF setting (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to provide high-quality care during 12-hour shifts
