We are seeking a talented Associate Global Market Manager (product manager) to join our team at a pivotal moment in our company's growth. This role is responsible for growing and maintaining the Shoulder Repair business globally through new product development, global strategy creation, and portfolio life‑cycle management. The Global Market Manager will work with the global marketing network—including regional and in‑country marketing teams—to gain insight into local market dynamics, collect voice of customer feedback, and consolidate input into the development of the Global Product Plan.
Whatwill you be doing?
- Work under the leadership of the Senior Director of Global Marketing to implement the global shoulder repair strategy and achieve global revenue targets.
- Partner with in‑country marketing leadership to develop and drive the Global Product Strategy, including new product launches, new indication launches, product messaging, and achieving revenue targets.
- Drive the 5‑year vision of the shoulder repair segment—new product launches, product lifecycle management, and financial projections.
- Develop and manage relationships with global marketing teams and consolidate voice of customer feedback.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional marketing counterparts to develop and execute downstream marketing plans in support of the global marketing strategy.
- Lead limited product launch and full launch plan development.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for measuring the success of new product launches and obsolescence of outdated technology.
- Develop training plans and content in support of the global marketing strategy.
- Work with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate demo and launch inventory.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2‑3 years of experience developing business plans and financial models.
- Proven experience in developing business plans and financial models.
- Travel requirements: 10‑20% (Domestic and International).

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $76,000–$100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO.
