Account Based Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Vicor is seeking an experienced marketer to join the company's branding and communications team with responsibility for strategy and execution of global marketing campaigns that promote the technological leadership and superior power solutions Vicor offers to its customers. Working with a team of smart, energetic, experienced technology B2B marketing professionals who ensure each other's success, they will thrive in setting the tactical strategy and the hands-on execution of global marketing campaigns - and optimizing those campaigns using the diverse acumen of teammates in product marketing, analytics, design, and user journeys.

The ideal candidate must have significant experience in account based marketing (ABM) to focus on our primary markets including Automotive, High Performance Computing, Aerospace and Defense, and Industrial.

This position is 100% on site in Andover, MA.

Job Description

* Build strong relationships with business unit stakeholders to stay aligned with their strategy

* Strategize, plan and purchase multi-channel media to execute account-based marketing campaigns to elevate the Vicor brand in target markets

* Develop nurture streams that increase engagement of our top accounts

* Collaborate with regional offices to execute global and local marketing programs

* Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI

* Hands-on utilization of marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, Demandbase, Sales Force, Smart Sheet, etc.

Education / Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

* Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools

* Strategic thinker with the tactical skills to execute on ideas

* Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in marketing

* 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years' experience managing omnichannel campaigns

* Experience in or exposure to B2C marketing techniques a plus

* Strong track record of success in digital marketing, including ABM, SEM, social media, and marketing automation

* Proven expertise analyzing and employing analytics to make strategic decisions

* Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects

Compensation Data

Salary Range: $128,
