Position Overview

Onsite 3rd shift Production Supervisor at Raytheon Radio Frequency Components (RFC) in Andover, MA. Responsible for overseeing the Wafer Fabrication operations team of 20–25 employees. Key responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, safety, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of schedule and cost.
- Workforce planning and forecasting.
- Employee hiring and training.
- Time and attendance tracking.
- Area layout and flow management.
- Capital identification and overhead expense control.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- University degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Supervisory, leadership or manufacturing experience.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing within a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of Lean/Six Sigma implementation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and solid people‑management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and/or SAP.

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Eligible for incentive compensation programs if applicable. U.S.–based role with application window approximately 40 days from posting.
