Raytheon has an opportunity for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles. Daily interaction with other cross‑business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will be able to provide valuable floor insight to a cross‑functional (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Test Equipment, Maintenance, etc.)

  • Driving goals and accountability throughout cell
  • Workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Employee hiring, training, and unit hour performance.
  • Area layout and flow management
  • Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
  • CORE Operating Systems drives all aspects of our business.
  • Adherence to cost
  • Operating within the contractual requirements set forth in a multiple production environment
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Supervisory, Leadership or Manufacturing experience is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience working in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality practices and instructions
  • Superior communication skills and ability to create/sustain a fair and equitable work environment
  • Experience in manufacturing line balancing, executing assembly, test process and Lean manufacturing applications.
  • Labor management including attendance, employee relations & behavior, administrative responsibilities, and employee performance.
  • Knowledge of (PRISM, SAP) and use of Microsoft 365 (Office).
  • Ability to develop solutions to problems of medium scope and complexity.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
