Raytheon Operations has an opportunity for Manufacturing Infrastructure Lead in the Andover, MA, Mission Components area. The role includes full leadership and management accountability for planning and executing capital projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities also include utilizing CORE methodologies to plan (construct appropriation requests), install (coordinate equipment onboarding), and complete acceptance processes with area owners.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and collaborate within a cross‑functional environment to manage area layout, budget, resources, and reporting to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
  • Support deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools, and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
  • Perform capital planning and financial management, including control of overhead expenses.
  • Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
  • Adhere to company established policies and procedures.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project Management.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Previous experience executing improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance job area performance.
  • Broad understanding of electronics design, quality, and production requirements with a demonstrated ability to continuously improve these processes.
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, set goals, delegate, coach, and motivate.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Very organized with a systematic task approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
  • High computer literacy and confidence in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, VBS).
  • Experience with unit hour performance, cost account management, or other budgetary duties.
  • EVMS Level 2 Certified or advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background.

    Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, who are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is $107,500 USD - $204,500 USD. The range is a good‑faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
