You Will Do
- Managing a high visibility, high mix area
- Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.
- Manage Kit Readiness including BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control cross‑functional support.
- Provide production floor support: replacement part management, shop floor material staging, WIP movement, completion of units, delivery to next step, meeting MRP schedule.
- Material handler supervision.
- Onsite role at Andover, MA location.
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
- Experience with in planning, scheduling, production control, operations in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.
- Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
- Previous experience interfacing, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of an organization and a large external customer base.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (special program access or equivalent).
- Experience in Material and Inventory Control systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic process optimization, continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Skype).

Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
