Manufacturing/Production Supervisor at Raytheon’s Execution Operations (XOPS) team will lead the Cables operations team of 15‑20 employees and manage fast‑paced production on the third shift. The role focuses on meeting contractual quality, cost and delivery requirements while maintaining a safe work environment and driving continuous improvement using six sigma and lean methodologies.
What You Will Do- Execute schedule and cost management.
- Plan and forecast workforce.
- Hire and train employees.
- Track time and attendance.
- Layout area and manage production flow.
- Identify and control capital overhead expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- University degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in a machine/assembly shop, supervising bargaining unit employees with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to assign, manage, and measure work to completion.
- Lean manufacturing experience with a track record of implementing lean/six sigma projects.
- Manufacturing or industrial‑engineering background in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and/or SAP.

- Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD.
