Fitness Technician

We are looking for a Fitness Technician to join the LIVunLtd team and encourage all mechanically inclined individuals, with or without prior experience, to apply.

Location:

Massachusetts. Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr.

• Travel to client locations.
• Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during service contract visits.
• Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to the customer.
• Complete repairs with ordered parts; test that machines are back in full working order.
• Provide communication to customers regarding scheduling and equipment status.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities from service, warranty work, preventive maintenance contracts, new equipment, and/or fitness accessories.

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy.
• Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager.
• Follow Company Uniform Policy.

• Be able to lift/move fitness equipment & parts up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear an MVR check.
• Proficiency and working knowledge of computer, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi‑Fi, email, and cell phone technology.

$20–$26/hr based on experience and service location, plus a competitive performance‑based bonus program. Bonus incentives are provided during the interview process.
