IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior IT Project Manager for our xFact team to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Projects within public sector and government organizations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, and managing technical and business resources. The position involves outlining project plans and timelines, ensuring that the project is on track, identifying and mitigating risks, and updating project documentation.
The Senior IT Project Manager must communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical professionals, vendors, and managers. The candidate should also be able to track quality metrics and use data to make informed decisions.

- Project planning and initiation including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead projects from initiation through closure using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate and plan resource allocation based on project needs
- Monitor project performance and report on progress, risks, and issues
- Conduct status meetings with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
- Team coordination to facilitate tasks, communication, and collaboration amongst internal cross-functional team members
- Identifying and tracking issues and risks on projects and providing mitigation and resolution plans
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using industry standard tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Promoting effective and timely written and verbal communications across team members, stakeholders, and leadership
- Promote quality control to ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications
- Conduct project closure activities including project evaluations, lessons learned sessions and documentation, and making sure all deliverables have been submitted
- Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project goals
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
