TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Customer Experience Trainer to join our growing team. As a Customer Experience Trainer, you will be responsible for connecting our customers to our software, developing and refining process enhancements, providing implementation, training, and ensuring an overall seamless customer journey. In this position you will travel 50% across the US, with some international travel, to manage installations, onboarding, and in-person training sessions.
Responsibilities- Design and enhance online and onsite training programs tailored to corporate needs.
- Enhance customer onboarding workflows by incorporating success criteria and go‑live analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Create strategies to optimize outbound customer engagement for new users, existing clients, and non‑users.
- Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and drive improvements in training, forms, and implementation processes.
- Innovate training methods based on audience needs, incorporating online learning, mentoring, professional development classes, and onsite training.
- Develop internal communication strategies to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation.
- Conduct organization‑wide assessments to identify knowledge or skill gaps and implement programs for internal experts.
- Connect with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training, forms, and implementation processes with organizational goals.

Requirements- College degree preferred.
- Must have relevant experience for 1+ years in car rental, dealership, or travel industry.
- Ability to problem‑solve and train customers on software products.
- Ability to travel 50% across the US with some international travel.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
