• Provide Linux systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
• Work as a team member in a fast‑paced technological environment and use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of moderate to high scope and complexity, including integration of hardware and operating systems.
• Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
• Work with cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
• Provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures.
• Maintain 24x7 system operations, including occasional work beyond standard hours.
• Obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within six months of start date.
• Travel to other U.S. domestic locations as business needs dictate (up to 5 % of time per year).
• Full‑time 100 % onsite position in Andover, MA.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 + years of relevant prior experience.
• Active U.S. government‑issued secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems.

• Experience with data RAID, backup technologies, and storage solutions.
• DoDD 8140 / 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) and an operating system certification.
• Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.
• Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies.
• Experience with IT project lifecycle management processes.
• Experience using VMware vCenter, vSphere, ESXi, or other virtual computing methods.
• Support experience for engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.
• High‑performance computing (HPC) experience in a Linux environment.
• Linux Ansible/scripting experience.

Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
