Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.

Join our team as an ABA Counselor, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing home-like environment within our residential program. You'll support each student's educational journey by teaching functional living skills, fostering socialization, and enhancing communication abilities. • Second shift and weekends
• $30-$33 per hour

• Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
• Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21
• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
• Experience with specialized populations preferred
