Senior Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (Memphis, TN)

We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as Senior Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). In this role, you will shape global strategies that demonstrate the value of our medical device portfolio, ensuring patients worldwide have access to life‑changing innovations.
What will you be doing?- Define and lead the global HEOR strategy aligned with commercialization, market access, and clinical development plans.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HEOR across the organization, influencing strategic decisions for pricing, reimbursement, and product differentiation.
- Design and oversee real‑world evidence (RWE) studies, cost‑effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, and patient‑reported outcomes research.
- Develop payer dossiers, AMCP submissions, and HTA packages for global markets.
- Partner with Market Access and Sales to support field health economic activities and market access strategies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to integrate HEOR insights into product development and lifecycle management.
- Build relationships with HEOR key opinion leaders, payers, HTA bodies, and policy makers globally.
- Advanced degree (PhD, Pharm
D, MS) in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related discipline. - 10+ years of experience in HEOR within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in global market access and reimbursement strategies.
- Expertise in economic modeling, RWE, and outcomes research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $,000 USD annually and may include bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and wellness offerings.
