Position Overview

PLEASE NOTE: Hybrid Wholesaler located in Andover, MA with frequent travel required. Multiple territories available (Southeast, Mid Atlantic, Southwest & West Coast).

Constitution Capital Partners is seeking an established sales professional with strong relationships and relationship development skills in the RIA, Wealth Advisor and Family Office segments to join our team.

• Sales Generation: Drive sales of the Constitution Capital Access Fund, a registered private equity fund, in your region with a secondary focus on the private funds, Ironsides VII and Ironsides Opportunities Fund II, taking ownership of performance and goals.
• Relationship Management: Solidify Constitution Capital’s existing relationships, bring new names and a robust professional network to the firm, and collaborate with team members around regional events.

  Work closely with team members and leadership to devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including business plan creation, territory management, new product ideas and technology optimization.

  Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills; fluent in Spanish.
• Financial Acumen: Informed and conversant across capital markets, competitors, preferably with a deep knowledge of private markets and private equity.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• FINRA Registrations: Current Series 7 and 63 (required), 65 and/or 66 registrations.
• Experience: minimum 3 years selling in-market with 5-8 years of industry experience
